Why is it that the word Spanking/Spank/Spanky/Spankie finds its way into so many Vanilla situations? You really have to wonder, is the creator of this Hot Sauce a spanko? Is the owner of this store a spanko?? Either way, I get quite a giggle out of it when I see the word Spanking/Spank used in an otherwise Vanilla situation.

Asking for a Punishment.

I’ve been thinking a lot recently about discipline, and have come up with a few questions I would like to hear your thoughts on.
Questions for the SPANKEE: So… I am curious spankees, how do you feel about asking for a punishment? Do you have an easy or difficult time admitting that you have done something wrong and are in dire need of discipline? Do you prefer to let your disciplinarian know that you need a punishment spanking, or do you prefer for them to realize that you need one, and take it upon themselves to address the issue?
Questions for the SPANKER: Dearest Disciplinarians/Spankers, Do you prefer when your spankee comes to you admiting fault and asking for discipline, or do you prefer to catch them in the act and take action as you see fit regardless of their admiting fault?
I personally think that I am one for admitting my own fault. It’s sort of cathartic taking responsibility for my actions even though I know that the consequences might be painful. I suppose I find it respectable to admit my own guilt.

Male vs. Female

I was reading a post earlier today on one of my favorite pay sites in which someone stated that they thought that the Female Spankers on the site seemed to be harder on the girls than the Male spankers on the site. Now this made me wonder… are Women in general harder spankers than Men are? I’m not sure what I think, so I thought I would ask you… is it true? Are Female spankers harder than Male spankers?
Or, maybe this is only true on the sites? Maybe the Male spankers on these sites don’t want to cross any lines with the models and therefor are more reserved with the intensity??? What do you guys think????

Filth & Wisdom

Has anyone seen the movie “Filth and Wisdom”? Its quite an interesting little indie movie that was co-written and directed by Madonna herself. There’s some interesting fetish scenes in the film, including 2 caning scenes. You should check it out. I loved it but then again, how can you not enjoy a movie with such blatant spanking and fetish references?

Ode to… trying

I love the feeling of having my arm pinned behind my back during a spanking (Well, let me be honest, I don’t LOVE it, I sort of love/hate it). Anyhow, the only reason you get your hand pinned behind your back like this during a spanking is because you tried. You tried to stick your little hand back there to slow the spanking down. I find that this never works, and yet I still do it.

New Years Resolutions???

I was thinking today about how good I have been this year at keeping my new years resolutions. I believe this is the first time EVER that I can honestly say I think I’m doing pretty darn good! This year I resolved to take better care of myself…. Eating Healthy (I already eat really healthy, but I’ve started adding more fresh fruits and veggies as snacks), and working out. I have a history of getting into a work out routine then abandoning with the first fun weekend that comes along, but not this time…. This year I have been much more consistent. Needless to say, I am very proud of myself. Pat on the back! So, I’m curious… what were your new years resolutions, and have you followed through? I hope you are all doing as well as I feel I am.

Ode to…. Corner Time

Ahh Corner time… I know I have posted on this before, but I still wonder why it is that so many spankees loathe the corner??? I think this is probably one of the most debatable topics amongst spankees, but I tend to like the idea of corner time. I think for me it seems like it would be quite effective, and I can see why a disciplinarian would want to use such a tool. I just imagine the corner as a place for me to calm down and pull myself back together after having fallen apart. I think it’s kind of a nice place. I am actually quite surprised that so many spankees hate corner time so much. Then again, I have never been made to stand in the corner prior to a punishment. I suppose if I had to stand in the corner waiting for a punishment I might hate it too.
